Keep warm with this indulgent hot chocolate – comfort in a cup – with delicious Mackie’s chocolate and ice cream.

150ml double cream
100g Mackie’s 70% dark or milk chocolate,
Mackie’s traditional ice cream
1. Pour the milk, double cream and chopped chocolate into a pan. Bring gently to the boil, whisking until smooth.
2. Serve in individual cups or mugs topped with mini marshmallows and a little grated chocolate or top with a scoop of ice cream for an extra creamy hit and a nice mix of hot and cold.
