Get ready Glasgow! TRNSMT Festival is almost here

Glasgow get ready, because Scotland’s biggest festival is back for another summer and we can barely contain our excitement!

Scotland is well-known for having the best music crowds in the business and this summer will be no different when TRNSMT returns to Glasgow Green in less than two weeks’ time. The festival is set to take place from Friday 12 July to Sunday 14 July – here we, here we…

LINE UP

This year, the people behind TRNSMT have delivered once again, with some of the biggest names in the music industry hitting the stage.

Friday will see Example headline the King Tut’s Stage. Meanwhile, over on the Main Stage, Mabel, Years & Years, Glasgow’s own Gerry Cinnamon and the one and only Stormzy will be performing.

If you missed Stormzy’s set at Glastonbury last weekend (28 June), all we can say is you have a lot to look forward to.

On the Saturday, Sam Fender will open the main stage, followed by The Snuts, Sigrid, DMA’s, Bastille and headliners, Catfish and the Bottlemen.

Closing the weekend on the Sunday is The Amazons, Tom Grennan, The Wombats, The Kooks and Scotland’s very own Beyoncé, Lewis Capaldi, stepping in for Snow Patrol who had to pull out for medical reasons.

Headlining the King Tut’s Stage is Circa Waves and closing the weekend is George Ezra.

So, as you can see, we’re in for a star-studded line up.

Also returning will be the PLATFORM street foot stalls, plus a McDonalds that can be found inside a giant box of chicken McNugget box. You’ll know where to find us.
